Louis C. Colley has been appointed receiver of Allegro's funds and ongoing business under the supervision of the Circuit Court. All records are currently being reviewed in order that each client may be protected to the fullest extent. It is anticipated that a debt management plan will be continued for the benefit of the client according to the agreements already in place. Debt settlement plans are currently being evaluated to see if proposals have been accepted by creditors and to determine if a settlement can be reached on behalf of the client. A claims process will be established for refunds of any funds available and not used on behalf of a client. This website will be continually updated to provide further information and eventually the claims procedure will be posted on this site. Melita R from San Francisco I was initially pleased with Allegro Law until they had their lawsuit and had their assets frozen, Now I can't get in touch with them at all and my creditors all dropped me due to the late payment by Allegro. This is so wrong on so many levels to have a debt consolidation service that you can't reach to help fix your debt. WRONG WRONG WRONG. They need to get their website back up and get more people answering the phones or leaving a message saying that they are trying to get in touch with clients. I don't believe that things are alright. But ALlegro is the only one who can STOP the ACH payment from my account. I can only close my account to be sure that I stop it. That is a joke. I hope someone from Allegro reads this and responds.
