Allegro Law, LLC has been placed in Receivership by the Circuit Court of Autauga County, Alabama as a result of an action filed by the Attorney General of the State of Alabama along with the Alabama Securities Commission.
Louis C. Colley has been appointed receiver of Allegro’s funds and ongoing business under the supervision of the Circuit Court. All records are currently being reviewed in order that each client may be protected to the fullest extent. It is anticipated that a debt management plan will be continued for the benefit of the client according to the agreements already in place.
Debt settlement plans are currently being evaluated to see if proposals have been accepted by creditors and to determine if a settlement can be reached on behalf of the client. A claims process will be established for refunds of any funds available and not used on behalf of a client.
The allegro law receivership website will be continually updated to provide further information and eventually the claims procedure will be posted on their site.
The receivership understands client concerns and assure clients they will work through this process as quickly as possible for the benefit of all clients.

i don’t care what you have to deal with on your end of this I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP i’ve been jerked around enough and i’m tired of excuses
Mr Colley,
I have been sending cashiers checks to Allegro Law LLC since last December 2008. They supposedly have been sending monthly payments to the following accounts listed below:
Bank of America………. $24.00 monthly
Capitol One Credit Card …..$98.00 monthly
HSBC…………………………..$41.00 monthly
Novus Services……………….$114.00 monthly
The account balances have gone down very little if at all and I still owe the same that I owed from the very beginning in December 2008…I really would like a statement showing where my funds went and a letter of explanation of what is going to happen to my accounts! I will patiently await a reply from you asap!!
Very concerned and alarmed!

I signed with Allegro Law for debt consolidation in April 2009 and ever since I have been having problem with my credit card payment. Before signing with them I was never late with any of my payments. Therefore, I contacted their office several times regarding this issues and I have been reassured multiple time that they have negotiated with my lenders and payments have been send. Today, I received a letter from a collection agency requesting for a full payment for my account because of non-payment. I am confused and frustrated that Allegro has been taking my money for a year now and have not been paying my monthly premiums and because of salary cuts from work and savings exhusted I can not afford to pay for the full amount. Please I need help and can you contact (661-345-1769) me or provide me updates. Thank you.
